Welcome to Greenloop ERP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Greenloop ERP platform, website, and related services (“Services”) provided by Greenloop (“Greenloop”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using our platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”, or the “Customer”) agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration & Use
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
All information provided must be accurate and kept current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree not to share access or resell Greenloop services without written permission.
2. Services Overview
Greenloop ERP offers business management modules, including:
Inventory (Stock Wise)
Accounting & Finance (Account Wise)
Messaging (TalkLoop)
AI Assistance (Brain Box)
Logistics (Shipnest)
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any module at our sole discretion with or without notice.
3. Billing & Payments
Subscription fees are billed as per your chosen plan.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Late payments may result in suspension or account termination.
You authorize Greenloop to process payment through third-party gateways.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the platform for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
Misuse modules to conduct illegal or harmful business
Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to access source code
Violate intellectual property rights of Greenloop or third parties
Violation may result in suspension or termination of service without notice.
5. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and process personal/business data under our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for securing sensitive company data entered into the ERP system.
Greenloop employs encryption, access control, and data backup measures.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, and branding on Greenloop ERP are the property of Greenloop or its licensors.
You retain rights to your business data, but grant Greenloop a license to use it for service delivery and performance analytics.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms or legal requirements.
Delete user data after account closure or subscription lapse (after 30 days unless otherwise agreed).
Users may terminate services at any time through their dashboard or in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Greenloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages (e.g. payment gateways, carriers).
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of service.
9. Service Availability & Maintenance
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we may schedule maintenance or experience interruptions.
Emergency or security-related downtime may occur without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify users via email or dashboard notifications when significant changes occur. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
